BreathDeeplyVisual

Every day, you have 20,000 opportunities to nourish your body and your mind with the simple act of breathing.

While it's true we breathe automatically, we often only take in enough oxygen to get us through to the next breath. We also tend to hold our breath when we're stressed, upset or even when we're concentrating hard!

Take a moment now to enjoy three FULL breaths with your awareness on each one. A full breath fills the lungs top to bottom.

Remember: breathing in, the belly fills; breathing out, the belly falls. Relax and let your natural well-being flow. You'll be in a better emotional, physical, mental and spiritual state when you're done.
